South Pacific WWII Museum
Founded in December 2012, our mission is to build the South Pacific WWII Museum in Luganville, Santo, Vanuatu.
We hope to achieve this by 2023 in order to educate both locals and visitors about the wartime history of Vanuatu (New Hebrides as it was).
The museum has a project office and mini-museum at Unity Park, Luganville. The friendly staff will be delighted to talk to you about the museum plans, wartime history, and the items on display. The office is open from 8am to 5pm weekdays, and whenever a cruise ship is visiting.
There are also mini-displays of wartime items at Pekoa International Airport and The Espiritu Hotel.
